Description: The University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music is recognized both nationally and internationally as one of the leading conservatories of the performing art and the electronic media. CCM's faculty and staff and its state-of-the-art facilities make possible the professional training and exceptional education on which CCM believes the future of the arts relies. Led by Shellie Cash, CCM’s renowned international dance faculty will provide a positive nurturing environment in which to work enabling our campers to build technique, strength and artistry. This is a program for intermediate to advanced students who will take classes daily in ballet, pointe, modern, character, variations and Pilates. There will be discussions on nutrition, injury prevention and auditioning. Somewhere in between there will time for some wonderful social gatherings and excursions. The week will end in a showing for parents and friends of the work accomplished during the intensive week of study. Spend a week with us having fun, working hard and receiving good training. |
