Description: 5 Elements Camps & Workshops 5 Elements Camps and workshops offer a unique experience for girls 9-15. 5 Elements offers challenging, enlightening, self-esteem building interactive experiences, equipping girls with the tools to successfully maneuver through the difficult teenage years. Within a safe and fun environment, with emphasis on fun, our workshop leaders will be there to lead by example, to teach with understanding and help where appropriate. From creative movement, self-defense and fashion to relationships, body image, setting goals and setting limits, we’ll equip girls with the skills to help them deal with the lives they’re living now. And excel in the lives they will grow into. We believe that “the right encouragement at the right time can be absolutely life changing.” |
